The Clarion Collection Hotel Grand Olav in Trondheim is a lovely hotel that is characterized by all the musicians who have lived here. The hotel is located in the same building as the Olav Hall. Afternoon Sweets and Evening Meal are included every day. We are a cash-free hotel.
The hotel is next door to the Olavshallen Concert Hall, which has given the hotel the nickname "Backstage". You can actually walk straight from an event in Olavshallen to your hotel room without leaving the building. Nice if it's raining! We are located right in the center of Trondheim, within walking distance to both the Solsiden, the beautiful Nidaros Cathedral and Rockheim.
The hotel opened its doors in 1989, and as a neighbor of Trondheim's cultural center, Olavshallen, the hotel has become a popular alternative for musicians, artists and artists.
