Dinner at Los Galayos Restaurant. This tapas bar and restaurant is situated in the most beautiful and centrally located square in Madrid, the Plaza Mayor . A visit to “Los Galayos” implies enjoying typical Castillian specialities, together with other delicious meals and home-made desserts, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Seat 600 driving experience. This small car was an icon in Spain during the 60s. The history of the Seat 600, like that of the rst television, was part of the Spain of development, the beginning of a consumer chain that, by multiplying, makes the success of a need. Customers will have the opportunity to drive this iconic car through the streets of Madrid, traveling through its avenues in a relaxed and fun way. Go back to Spain in the 60s with the Seat 600!
La Botilleria Restaurant. Located in Madrid de los Austrias, next to the Royal Theater, is this original restaurant decorated in the style of old European cafes. Its menu oers a wide selection of tapas, portions and salads throughout the day thanks to its uninterrupted cuisine. Its premises have rooms for groups and a terrace with views of the Royal Palace. On its ground oor is the El Aljibe room, one of the rooms belonging to the old monastery that King Felipe III ordered to be built in 1613, where public or private events can be held. Its walls and ceilings are made of exposed brick, in a vaulted shape, and through the glazed oor you can glimpse the archaeological remains of old Madrid.
Full day tour to Toledo. 8 hour tour. Suspended between heaven and earth, Toledo has changed little from the day the Greek painter El Greco arrived in the 1570s. The city is one of the luxuries found in Spain. Its privileged location, and the natural turn of the Tagus River create a unique city in which beautiful and harmonious buildings of an array of architectural styles take you to the Middle Ages. Walking through its intricate winding conglomeration of narrow and often steep streets one feels like having stepped back in time.
Wine tasting at Adolfo Centenary Cellar. Cheff Adolfo has a cellar in the center of Toledo dated on the IX century. Over there he has a private collection of bottles with more than 26.000 units that include Spanish but also world wines. Upon arrival, visit of the cellar and wine tasting commented by the enologist.
Lunch at Hacienda El Cardenal Restaurant. Hacienda del Cardenal´s restaurant oers lovinglyprepared cuisine representing the tri-cultural tradition of the city, with each dish expressing the most traditional recipes. The restaurant is located at the entrance to a garden, and has a capacity for some 200 people. Its rooms have been carefully decorated, with some conserving the original roofs and coered ceilings, and complemented by dining room tapestries and other decorative elements. It also has a terrace in the garden. When the weather permits, this makes it an ideal place for celebrations.
Transfer back to Madrid.
Dinner at Cardamomo Flamenco Restaurant. As meeting point of the best artists and experts in Flamenco, Cardamomo (inaugurated in 1994) has become a symbol of love for this ART and a point of reference for great performers. Cardamomo oers live shows every day and since 2014 it is included by the City Council of Madrid in the Cultural Heritage of the City of Madrid for its special characteristics and singularity.
