Beginning of a culinary journey across Georgia. Dish of the day: Eggplants with walnuts, shkmeruli, chasushuli. In order to truly learn the culinary secrets of Georgia, you literally need to be in the kitchen of the Georgian hostess. Today you will have such an opportunity, and you will visit a family, where the hostess of the house will be ready to share her home secrets that make Georgian dishes so delicious. Here you will be shown and given the opportunity to participate in the preparation of eggplants with walnuts, shkmeruli and chasushuli with veal.
Transfer to a cozy restaurant in Tbilisi, where you will have the opportunity to compare homemade and restaurant dishes.
Departure to the ancient capital and religious center of Georgia - Mtskheta. A city that has become a muse for many famous personalities. Visit to the Jvari temple-monastery (6th century) and the Svetitskhoveli cathedral (11th century), which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Transfer to Kutaisi, where beautiful landscapes will open for you.
On the way, you will stop by the Imeretian wine cellar, where you can taste wines infused according to a special tradition that distinguishes these wines from all other wines of Georgia.
Next, a photo of the feet at the legendary Katskhi pillar, where you will have to take a photo with the background of this miracle of the monastery. The ascent to the monastery is not possible for technical reasons.
Transfer to Kutaisi, where initially you will see the main cathedral of the region - Bagrati, from where a magnificent view of the entire city opens.
